First Monday of the month (unless the first Monday is a holiday, then it is the second Monday) at 7:00 pm.  The meetings are held at the Village Hall located at 116 S Catherine St Jackson, NE 68743.

The agendas for the Villages Board of Trustee meetings are posted at the Village Hall, Post Office, Jackson Express, and on the website.

The minutes are published in the Dakota County Star and can be accessed through the website.

Each month the Village of Jackson will bill you for your water, sewer, and garbage services.

The deposit for utility services is $100.

Monthly utility bills are mailed the 10th of every month.

Payment for your utility bill is due the 25th of every month.

  • Electricity is offered through Northeast Nebraska Public Power (800-750-9277 or www.nnppd.com).
  • Gas is offered through BlackHills Energy (888-890-5554 or www.blackhillsenergy.com).
  • Phone, cable, and internet services are offered through NNTC (888-397-4321 or www.nntc.net).

Gill Hauling collects garbage on Wednesday mornings.
